Frac sand Plant (also named as oil proppant plant or Ceramic proppant ) is man-made aluminum ball from bauxite, a natural mineral ore containing high alumina and silica, sized from 12 to 140 mesh (1.7 to 0.10 mm). It has much better crush rate, durability, Krumbein shape and other performance than quartz, or natural sand, as proppant.
