Gypsum Rotary Dyer

Dajia Engineering Gypsum Dryer System – new or used, mainly for dries mined gypsum, pelletized gypsum or gypsum for use in wallboard. This equipment has been designed to reduce the moisture content in gypsum through a direct fired rotary dryer. Particulate matter emissions (dust) are controlled using a high-efficiency cyclone and pulse jet baghouse. The system includes the following components:

Material Feed System: Specially lined feed hopper, an optional classifier and transfer conveyor(s)

Rotary Dryer: Direct fired rotary dryer with drive, seals and industrial burner

Dry Material Discharge: Flap-gate drum discharge and conveyor

Air Pollution Control Devices: High-efficiency cyclone, baghouse and induced draft fan

Controls: Push button control panels or programmable logic controllers, PLC, options available

Drying mined or quarried gypsum to meet specified moisture levels
Drying pelletized gypsum (part of the pelletizing process)
Drying gypsum for use in wallboard
