Application of the pulse bag filter: 
Pulse bag filter is a tyape of highly efficient dust-collecting equipment specially designed for high temperature flue gas treatment. 
Pulse bag filter uses the designs of both midduct air inlet and outlet and compartment modular structure. Each modular unit consists of air-purifying chamber, filter chamber and hopper. The pulse-jetting system is installed in air purifying chamber, and filter elements, such as cages and high-temperature resistant filter bags, are arranged in the filter chamber. The pulse filter bags arranged by modular units have 9 types withe the quantity of 160~216 pieces. Ifthe length of the filter bag is 6m, each uit can have the filtration area of 480~650 m2. The proposed arrangement structure of double-row multi-units in the application makes the total filtration area meet the need of flue gas treatment. According to the field condition, the arragement design of a single row or four rows can also be applied.
