Cyclone Dust Collector is one of the widely application equipment, it is mainly used for general industrial ventilation and dust, industrial emissions in material recovery, not suited for bonding of dust. Depending on the gas rotation, divided into S-type (right-handed) and N (L) in two, the user can select the actual situation.
The dusty air enters into the Dust Collector as the tangential direction circumgyrating along the barrel wall. By the centrifugal force, the dust will go down gradually into the ash bucket.At this time, the preliminary purified air will go into the next Dust Collector room through the vent to be further purified.The dust in the ash bucket will be exhausted at a regular interval. This dust collctor requires minimal maintenance.
In regarding to boiler with non-machinery blowing-in but only natural induced air in the chimney, wind velocity at entrance of dust collector shall be set at 3m to 4m per second and the resistance shall be set at about 2 to 4mm of water (20-40Pa). In regarding to boiler with mechanical blowing-in and natural induced air, wind velocity at entrance of dust collector shall be set at 4m to 5m per second and the resistance shall be set at about 2 to 4mm of water (30-50Pa).In regarding to boiler fan with mechanical blowing-in, wind velocity at entrance of dust collector shall be set at 8m to 12m per second and the resistance shall be set at about 2 to 4mm of water (100-200Pa).
Cyclones can capture more than 5μm particle size of dust, allowing maximum inlet dust concentration of 1000g / m3, the maximum temperature of 450 ℃, import air speed 15-25m / s, the resistance loss 588-1960pa, dust removal efficiency of 50% - 90%, it has a simple structure, easy to install, easy to manage and maintain, low cost and operating cost, small footprint, which is widely used in various industrial sectors, mainly for pre-removal and separation of materials with a high concentration of dust recycling.
