Granite Stone Crushing Plant

Granite is one kind of igneous rocks formed by the condensate of magma below the surface. The main component of granite mine is quartz, feldspar and mica. The crushed granite rocks also can be used as cement or to fill dam. In addition to being used as advanced architectural decoration engineering, the hall ground, granite mine is also the best material choice for outdoor sculpture.

Granite Stone Crushing Process: Big granite materials are fed to the jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing. After first crush, the material will transferred to cone crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crush; the crushed granite materials will then transferred to vibrating screen for separating. After separating, the parts that can meet standard will be transferred away as final products, while the other parts will be returned to cone crusher, thus forming a closed circuit. Size of final products can be combined and graded according to your specific requirement.

Basalt Stone Crushing Plant

Basalt is a very common igneous rock. It is the most common rock in the Earth's crust. Almost all oceanic crust is made of basalt and basalt is a common extrusion from many volcanic regions around the world.

Basalt Stone Crushing Process: Big basalt materials are fed to the jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing. After first crush, the basalt stone will transferred to cone crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crush; the crushed basalt materials will then transferred to vibrating screen for separating. After separating, the parts that can meet standard will be transferred away as final products, while the other parts will be returned to cone crusher, thus forming a closed circuit. Size of final products can be combined and graded according to your specific requirement.

Feldspar Stone Crushing Plant

Feldspars play an important role as fluxing agents in ceramics and glass applications, and also are used as functional fillers in the paint, plastic, rubber and adhesive industries.Feldspar is an important ingredient in the manufacture of glass and an important raw material, because it acts as a fluxing agent, reducing the melting temperature of quartz and helping to control the viscosity of glass. The alkali content in feldspar acts as flux, lowering the glass batch melting temperature and thus reducing production costs.

River Stone Crushing Process:Big raw river stone will be fed into jaw crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder. After primary crushing, the material will be transferred to secondary crushing machine like cone crusher for further crushing. Usually, we will equip the river stone crushing & screening plant with multi-deck vibrating screen. The vibrating screen is a key equipment to sieve the crushed stones into different grades. The crushed stone that meet the demands will be transported to the stockpile, the other will be sent to cone crusher for fineness crushing.
